Shipping Policy

We aim to get your BoochBod products to you quickly and safely! Below you’ll find our current shipping timelines and details for both U.S. and international orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Domestic (U.S.) Orders

  • Dispatch time: 2–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships

International Orders

  • Dispatch time: 2–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days after dispatch

  • Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or collection charges required by their local authorities.

If a customer chooses not to complete customs clearance or pay associated fees, the package may be returned to us.
Once received, we’ll issue a refund for the product(s) only — original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please reach out to us at admin@boochbod.com.
We’ll do our best to locate your order or arrange a suitable resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We’re not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.
